Solar energy is the largest renewable resource freely available everywhere in adequate amounts, making it one of the most promising, clean, non-pollution sources. Currently several solar energy devices like solar cooker, solar water heater, solar photovoltaic pumps and solar photovoltaic lighting systems are gaining popularity. There is a need for generating manpower for installing and managing such solar based systems. This module is designed to train technicians who can install, maintain, and promote the uses of such solar appliances.

In CCTV  you will learn basics of IP Networks required to work with IP Cameras and NVRs: Ethernet connections, IP addresses, routers and switches, use of tools useful for IP CCTV installation, setup of DVR, use of 2MP,3MP,5MP or 8MP(4K – Ultra HD) cameras, HD camera formats: TVI, CVI, AHD, SDI, video compression: H.264, H.265, H.265+, frames per second, PTZ Camera and much more.

After doing this course, the students will be able to Understand the Basic Principles of Solar Technology, Solar Cooker, Water Heater, Solar Photovoltaic Lighting System, Solar Water Pumping etc. install, maintain, and promote the uses of solar applications, installing CCTV systems and connecting cabling, Configuring CCTV systems so they are compatible with the necessary software and connected to the correct wiring, Repairing faulty equipment, upgrading software and monitoring performance.
